Born and raised in Portland, the cutters are here to do one thing:Hack. After being abused at an early age, all of the cutters found refuge in the wonderful sport of cutting. Realizing they were not alone, the then 4 teens formed a cutting circle which would eventually lead to the formation of THE CUTTERS!Interests
